Job summary

Camden Property Trust in Nashville is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the first impression for potential and current residents. You will manage tours, close leases, and ensure a smooth move-in experience while meeting occupancy goals.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to build lasting relationships, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Knowledge of OneSite/YieldStar and bilingual Spanish are a plus.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in sales, hospitality and/or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Meet or exceed sales and customer service goals.
• Work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays as required.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel & Outlook.
• Leasing and/or property management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OneSite and Yield Star preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in, including closing the sale and lease documents.
• Showcase the value of community features to customer needs.
• Support occupancy and retention goals with follow-up with residents.
• Use marketing and social media strategies to increase property traffic.
• Prepare lease documents and resident files with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team to plan resident events.
• Assist in other projects and activities as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to resident needs.
