Job summary

Camden Property Trust is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the first impression for potential and current residents. You will guide tours, close leases, and ensure a positive move‑in experience while meeting occupancy and retention targets.

The role requires strong customer service, communication, and problem‑solving skills, with potential weekend/holiday work and collaboration on events and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in sales, hospitality and/or customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in, including closing the sale and preparing lease documents.
• Showcase community features and tailor benefits to customer needs.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of the community and competitors to inform resident decisions.
• Support occupancy and retention goals through follow-up with prospects and residents.
• Collaborate with team to plan resident events and assist on other projects.
