Qualifications

• Experience in sales, hospitality and/or customer service.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in and prepare lease documents.
• Showcase community features aligning with customer needs.
• Support occupancy and retention through follow-ups with residents.
