Responsibilities

• Generate and convert prospective resident leads through tours, follow-up, and sales techniques.
• Address resident and prospect inquiries, concerns, and requests with exceptional service.
• Manage the leasing process including applications, screenings, and move-in coordination.
• Maintain community appearance by monitoring apartments and common areas.
• Support daily property operations with admin tasks and resident communications.
• Monitor market conditions and competitors to promote the community and drive occupancy.
