Kairoi is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage the leasing cycle from inquiry to lease signing in a dynamic Austin area environment. You will emphasize resident retention, community engagement, and effective use of technology to track leases and market to prospective residents.

Responsibilities include tours, presenting the community, coordinating move-ins/move-outs, and collaborating with the Community Manager on marketing efforts while maintaining compliant records and high service

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.
• At least two years in leasing or sales, preferably in multifamily.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, RealPage).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with clean record in last 12 months.

Mansioni

• Present community and apartments to prospects highlighting features and amenities.
• Respond to inquiries, schedule tours, and guide prospects through leasing.
• Maintain knowledge of property features, pricing, and availability.
• Use Yardi/RealPage to manage resident data, applications, and leases.
• Process move-ins/move-outs and ensure a smooth experience.
• Plan retention programs and community events to boost satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Community Manager on marketing and online reputation.
• Keep records of interactions and transactions in compliance with laws.
