Kairoi is seeking a Leasing Professional in Austin, TX to manage the leasing cycle from inquiry to signing and to enhance resident satisfaction. The role emphasizes retention, community engagement, and using technology for marketing and data management.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in leasing, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This on-site position requires a valid driver’s license and a professional presentation.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of leasing or sales experience.
• Proficiency with Yardi or RealPage.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.

Mansioni

• Present the community and apartment homes to prospective residents.
• Respond to inquiries, schedule tours, and guide prospects through the leasing process.
• Maintain knowledge of property features, floor plans, pricing, and availability.
• Utilize property management software to manage resident information and leases.
• Conduct move-ins and move-outs for a smooth experience.
• Plan and execute resident retention programs and events.
• Collaborate with the Community Manager on marketing efforts, including social media.
• Maintain records of resident interactions and transactions in compliance with laws.
• Other duties as assigned.
