Kairoi is seeking a Leasing Professional in Austin, TX to manage the full leasing cycle and resident relations in a busy multifamily community. You will present the property compellingly, respond to inquiries, coordinate tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process.

Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills are essential, with proficiency in Yardi or RealPage being highly valued. A valid driver’s license is required.

Competenze

• Minimum of two years of leasing or sales experience.
• Proficiency with Yardi or RealPage software; RealPage OneSite preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record in the last 12 months.

Mansioni

• Manage sales, leasing, and resident relations for a large, fast-paced community.
• Present the community and apartments professionally, highlighting features and amenities.
• Respond to inquiries, schedule tours, and guide prospects through leasing.
• Maintain knowledge of property features, floor plans, pricing, and availability.
• Use Yardi/RealPage to manage resident data, applications, and leases.
• Conduct move-ins/move-outs and drive resident retention programs.
• Collaborate with the Community Manager on marketing and online reputation.
• Keep accurate records and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
