• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance for outstanding items.
• Monitor market conditions and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing activities to drive traffic and referrals and manage online campaigns.

• Coordinate move-in packages and ensure move-in readiness of apartments.
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions and marketing plans to maximize occupancy.

• Follow up with prospects and current residents to secure lease signings and renewals.
