Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for a 280-unit Mid-Rise community in Florida. You will greet prospects, tour apartments, process applications, run credit/background checks, prepare lease packages, and ensure smooth move-ins and renewals.

Responsibilities include monitoring market conditions, developing short- and long-term marketing plans, using OneSite/Yardi, and maintaining show units to Greystar standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales activities.
• Ability to greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, credit screening, and background checks.

• Process applications, credit checks, and background checks; prepare lease and move-in package.
• Follow market conditions to boost occupancy; develop marketing plans.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic (Craigslist, Facebook, email).
• Use on-site software to track availability and lease activity; manage data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office daily.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents to finalize leases/renewals.
• Support lease renewal program by preparing renewal letters and packages.
