Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a high-rise community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure a seamless move-in process.

You will stay informed about market conditions, implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy, and manage data in OneSite/Yardi while coordinating with maintenance for show-ready units.

Qualifications

• Greeting and qualifying prospects for leasing
• Conducting tours and showing apartments to prospective residents
• Processing applications, credit screening, and background checks
• Preparing lease packages and ensuring smooth move-ins

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident and applicant inquiries promptly
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy
• Drive traffic to the community through on-site and online marketing
• Maintain accurate data in property management software and keep records updated
