Job summary

Greystar seeks a Leasing Specialist to drive leasing, owner/tenant satisfaction, and renewal programs at a Fort Lee community. You will lead tours, process applications, and coordinate move-ins to maximize occupancy and revenue.

You will develop local marketing plans, manage online and referral campaigns, and track leasing activity using OneSite/Yardi. The role requires strong communication and tenant relations in a fast-paced residential setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential leasing and marketing to achieve occupancy goals.
• Ability to screen applicants, prepare leases, and coordinate move-ins.
• Knowledge of local real estate market and rental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and sign leases.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate upkeep with maintenance.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and implement programs.
• Design marketing activities to drive traffic and manage referrals.
• Track availability and leasing activity using property management software.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing offices.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
• Support lease renewal process with letters and packages.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and coordinate resolutions.
