Job summary

Greystar is seeking an energetic Leasing Associate in Fort Lauderdale to manage leasing, show units, process applications, and drive renewals. You will work closely with property teams to deliver excellent resident experiences and achieve occupancy targets.

You will monitor market conditions, implement marketing initiatives, and use OneSite or Yardi to track activity and data. Strong customer service and sales skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing a high-rise property or portfolio.
• Ability to greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and process applications.
• Strong understanding of market conditions and occupancy goals.

Responsibilities

• Lease to new residents and secure renewals.
• Show apartments and prepare leasing packages.
• Screen applicants, run credit checks, and verify backgrounds.
• Coordinate move-in procedures and ensure units are ready.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Track leasing activity using OneSite/Yardi and manage resident data.
• Support lease renewal letters and packages for renewing residents.
