Responsabilidades

• Performs sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals; greets prospects, tours, processes applications, and finalizes leases.
• Inspects units prior to move-in and coordinates with maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Keeps informed about market conditions and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals and online tools.
