Job summary

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases and move-in packages to ensure a smooth resident onboarding.

The role requires inspecting units, implementing marketing plans, and using OneSite/Yardi to track data, manage prospects, and drive renewals while delivering outstanding customer

Qualifications

• Proven ability to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Experience greeting, touring, screening, and processing applications.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases and move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments and coordinate maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute internet marketing and referral programs to drive traffic.
• Maintain data in OneSite/Yardi and track leasing activities and demographics.
• Support lease renewals with timely communications and documentation.
• Respond promptly to resident/owner inquiries and resolve issues.
