Job summary

Qualifications

• Leasing and sales experience with ability to greet, qualify prospects and close leases.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to drive resident satisfaction.
• Knowledge of marketing and renewal strategies to sustain occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Greet, tour, process applications, screen credit/criminals, prepare leases and move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments, coordinate maintenance for move-in readiness, and ensure show units meet standards.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans, drive traffic, and monitor occupancy targets.
• Use OneSite/Yardi to track availability and leasing activities and manage data.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to secure leases and renewals.
