Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across a midrise community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit/background checks, and prepare lease packages for move-ins.

You will monitor market conditions, develop plans to sustain occupancy, and drive traffic through various channels while ensuring resident satisfaction and timely lease renewals.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and property sales environments.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, and process applications.
• Familiarity with credit screenings and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, screen credit and background, prepare lease packages.
• Ensure move-in is smooth and paperwork is complete.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Inspect units pre-move-in and coordinate with maintenance.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure renewals and satisfaction.
