Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Denver to coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will engage with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention, and ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.
• Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention and client satisfaction.
• Qualify prospective residents, leases apartments, prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork.
• Maintain model apartments in touring condition and ensure readiness for showings.
• Process renewal paperwork and ensure documentation is delivered monthly to current residents.
• Follow up with all prospective residents by phone, mail or email.
• Convert phone traffic into scheduled appointments for property tours.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-ins and coordinate move-in/out with maintenance.
• Create and maintain confidential resident files and complete weekly leasing reports.
• Assist with planning resident activities to increase retention.
• Complies with all policies, safety rules, and applicable local, state, and federal laws.
