Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate rentals, move-ins, renewals, and resident relations at our Denver property. You will engage with prospective residents to showcase the community and apply leasing best practices to drive occupancy and retention.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least 1 year of sales or residential leasing experience, with proficiency in computer systems and MS Office. Yardi Voyager experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 1 year sales experience preferred.
• 1 year of residential leasing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills desired.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork; process paperwork monthly.
• Maintain confidential resident files and weekly leasing reports.
