Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with leasing processes and prospect engagement is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Prepare leases, documentation and move-in paperwork; maintain records and reports.
