Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate rentals, move-ins, and renewals while delivering exceptional resident service. You will engage with prospective residents, conduct tours, and support occupancy goals in a fast-paced property management environment.

The role requires strong customer service and sales skills, proficiency with Yardi Voyager, and the ability to work in a dynamic team. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready and assist with move-ins/outs.
