Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate rentals, move-ins/move-outs, and renewals while delivering excellent resident service. You will engage prospective residents, schedule tours, and maintain accurate records to support occupancy goals.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of residential leasing experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Yardi Voyager and MS Office. A valid driver’s license is required for property visits and local commuting.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Generate traffic, qualify prospects, lease apartments, and prepare lease documents.
