Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is looking for a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals while providing excellent service to prospective and current residents.

You will engage with residents to maximize occupancy, ensure retention, and maintain accurate leasing records. The role requires strong communication, organization, and availability to handle a fast-paced property environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and leasing activity in the system.
• Process renewal paperwork and ensure documents are delivered monthly.
• Assist with planning resident activities to increase retention.
• Support management with clerical tasks and property invoices.
