Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Nashville to coordinate all activity related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to drive occupancy and satisfaction.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 1+ year of leasing or sales experience. Proficiency with Yardi Voyager and MS Office is preferred for daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospective residents, prepare leases, and process move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic, appointments, and leasing activity.
