Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate all apartment rental activities, drive move-ins and lease renewals, and interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention. You will deliver exceptional service, qualify prospects, prepare leases, and ensure accurate records and timely follow-ups.

Strong communication, organizational skills, and experience with Yardi Voyager and Microsoft Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum one year sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospective residents and prepare lease documentation.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready and maintained.
• Process renewal paperwork and maintain confidential resident files.
• Maintain accurate traffic records and follow up with prospective residents.
• Assist with resident activities to boost retention and handle service requests promptly.
