Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in package; coordinate move-in and renewal processes.

Responsibilities

• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure move-in readiness; coordinate with maintenance.
• Monitor market conditions and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Utilize on-site management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability and lease data.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure lease renewals and satisfaction.
