Job summary

Greystar is seeking a leasing-focused professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across a multifamily community. You will drive occupancy, manage tours, process applications, and ensure resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Responsibilities include overseeing show units, coordinating with maintenance, and implementing marketing programs to boost traffic and conversions.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in package and ensure smooth move-in and signing.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance needs.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
