Job summary

Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking a Leasing Professional to drive marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for the property. You will serve as the primary contact for prospects, guiding them through the lease process and supporting resident satisfaction throughout the term.

This role requires Saturday availability and collaboration with on-site teams to meet occupancy and revenue goals while delivering exceptional service to residents, prospects, and guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, marketing, internet and customer service to resolve issues.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively for leasing processes.
• Strong numerical and data analysis skills for reporting and occupancy goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, tour, and show apartments to prospects and guide through leasing.
• Process applications, screen credit, prepare leases, and support move-ins.
• Design and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals within 24 hours to ensure satisfaction.
• Utilize CRM and on-site software to track availability and data.
