Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background, and prepare lease packages to ensure occupancy and revenue goals.

You will collaborate with maintenance and marketing teams to keep show units in top condition and implement marketing plans that drive traffic and renewals. A strong focus on resident satisfaction and timely renewals is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, sales, and resident relations is preferred.
• Ability to develop and implement marketing plans to drive occupancy and renewals.
• Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi or OneSite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing and renewal activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Conduct property tours, show apartments, process applications, and perform background checks.
• Prepare lease documents and move-in packages to ensure smooth tenant onboarding.
