• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments, process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare leases and move-in packages.
• Coordinate move-ins, ensure apartments are ready, and schedule maintenance as needed.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
