Greystar is seeking a leasing- and marketing-focused professional to coordinate the community’s leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies. Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments, process applications, credit screening, and background checks, prepare lease and move-in package, and ensure smooth move-in and lease signing.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance for any items.
• Monitor market conditions and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic (referrals, employer outreach, online tools).
• Use on-site software to track availability, leasing activities, and capture resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and coordinate upkeep.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases or renewals.
• Support lease renewal process with letters, packages, and advance contacts.
