Job summary

Greystar in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction from application through move-in.

You will conduct tours, process applications, perform background checks, maintain show units, and support lease renewals. A valid driver's license is required; flexible schedule including evenings/weekends; onsite housing discounts and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout lease term.
• Support renewal processes and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, qualify, and conduct tours of the community.
• Process applications, credit checks, and background screening.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages, coordinate move-ins.
• Maintain show units and ensure property is visually appealing.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents to secure leasing decisions.
• Assist with lease renewals and renewal communications.
• Respond to resident inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
