Greystar is seeking a leasing-focused professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across a multifamily community. You will greet prospects, tour apartments, process applications, and coordinate move-ins while maintaining high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include inspecting units, executing marketing plans, managing online channels, and leveraging property management software to track activity.

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and perform background checks.
• Maintain strong resident relations and support lease renewals and move-ins.

• Greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit screening, and background checks; prepare lease and move-in package; ensure smooth move-in and signing.
• Inspect apartments before move-in; coordinate maintenance for move-in ready condition.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy; follow policies on concessions and programs.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic; use Craigslist, Facebook, email, and other sites.
• Track availability and leasing activities using on-site software; manage data and demographics.
• Ensure show units meet company standards; coordinate with maintenance for upkeep and show readiness.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize lease or renewal decisions.
• Support lease renewal program: prepare renewal letters/packages and contact renewing residents.
• Respond quickly to resident/owner concerns and document requests.
