Job summary

Greystar is seeking a leasing-focused professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across our communities. You will greet prospects, present tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins while delivering excellent resident service.

You will stay informed about market conditions, develop short- and long-term occupancy plans, and drive traffic through on-site and digital channels. This role requires driving and on-site work with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Ability to greet prospects, qualify leads, and guide them through applications and lease signing.
• Knowledge of market conditions and competitor activity affecting occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, tour properties, process applications, and conduct background checks.
• Inspect apartments pre-move-in and coordinate with maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Design and implement marketing plans, promotions, and traffic-driving activities.
• Use property management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages; coordinate with renewing residents.
