Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for our communities. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and secure renewals while delivering resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

You will use on-site property management software to track availability, communicate with maintenance, and ensure show units meet company standards.

Qualifications

• Licenses as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments, process applications and screen credit/criminals.
• Prepare lease and move-in package, ensure smooth move-in and signing.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Create marketing traffic through online listings and referrals.
• Use on-site software to track availability and lease activity.
• Maintain show units to company standards and prep leasing office daily.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure lease renewals and satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and coordinate with teams as needed.
