RPM Living in Montgomery, TX is seeking a Leasing Associate to lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations on-site. The role includes handling lease signings, tours, applications, and coordinating with property owners’ expectations.

Responsibilities cover responding to inquiries, qualifying prospects, processing applications with credit checks, and ensuring resident satisfaction while promoting retention and timely paperwork completion. A flexible schedule includes weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required or six months to one year of related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, in-person).
• Greet and qualify prospects; assist with applications and deposits per procedures and Fair Housing.

Education

Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
