RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations at our properties. You will handle lease signings, show apartments, and coordinate move-ins while maintaining resident satisfaction.

The role involves responding to inquiries, guiding applicants through processes, and collaborating with maintenance and property teams to ensure timely service and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, and in-person).
• Greet and qualify prospects, assist with applications and deposits, and ensure Fair Housing compliance.
