RPM Living in Houston, TX is seeking a Leasing Associate to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations at the property. You will greet prospects, schedule tours, process applications, show apartments, close leases, and contribute to social media, guest cards, and community events.

This on-site role offers weekly pay, comprehensive healthcare for full-time associates, and opportunities for growth within RPM Living.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Microsoft Office and property management software proficiency
• Flexible schedule including weekdays, nights, and weekends as needed to meet business needs

Responsabilités

• Respond to inquiries to schedule virtual, self-guided, and in-person tours
• Greet and qualify prospects, assist with applications and deposits, and follow Fair Housing practices
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification
• Obtain Community Manager approval and follow up with applicants
• Show apartments, close leases, prepare move-ins, and provide community orientation
• Assist in maintaining an active social media presence for the property
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention by responding to issues promptly
• Close sales through appointments, tours, lead generation, and follow-ups
• Use marketing strategies to drive traffic within the Marketing Plan and budget
• Represent the community positively to meet property objectives
• Plan resident events to support retention; attend after-hours functions as needed
• Complete leasing and move-in paperwork in a timely manner
• Attend weekly and daily goal-setting meetings and collaborate with maintenance team
