Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent, or 6 months to 1 year of related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, in-person).
• Greet and qualify prospects; assist with applications and deposits per procedures.
• Maintain availability reports and process applications with credit checks.
• Show apartments, close sales, and prepare move-ins.
• Assist with social media presence to boost visibility and engagement.
• Address resident questions promptly to support retention.
