Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a dynamic Leasing Associate to drive tour scheduling, applicant screening, and lease closures at one of our Hillsborough communities. You’ll manage inquiries, assist with applications, and coordinate move-ins while delivering outstanding resident service.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Microsoft Office, Property Management Software

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours.
• Greet and qualify prospects using guest cards; assist with applications and deposits.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification.
• Obtain approvals and follow up with applicants.
• Show apartments, close sale, and prepare move-ins.
• Assist in maintaining an active social media presence for the property.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention by addressing complaints and service requests.
• Close the sale: set appointments, generate leads, conduct tours, and follow up.
• Use marketing strategies to drive traffic within the budget and plan.
• Project a favorable image of the community to meet objectives.
• Support resident retention through events and host duties.
• Complete paperwork for leases, move-ins, and checks-outs promptly.
• Attend weekly and daily goal-setting meetings.
• Collaborate with maintenance to resolve resident requests.
