Job summary

RPM Living is hiring a Leasing Associate to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations. You will handle tours, qualify prospects, and guide applicants through the leasing process while maintaining strong community engagement.

You will collaborate with maintenance and property teams to ensure timely service and high resident satisfaction. This on-site role requires flexibility for varying schedules including weekends.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or 6 months to 1 year related experience
• Microsoft Office and property management software proficiency
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, in-person)
• Greet, qualify prospects, assist with applications and deposits
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification
• Show apartments and close sales, prepare move-ins and paperwork
• Maintain social media presence for the property to boost visibility
• Address resident questions and issues promptly to sustain satisfaction
• Close leases, schedule appointments, generate leads, and follow-up
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure timely resident requests
