Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations for an on-site property. You will sign leases, greet prospects, and coordinate applications and deposits, while upholding Fair Housing guidelines.

Responsibilities include showing apartments, closing sales, preparing move-in documents, and maintaining an engaging social media presence for the property. Excellent communication and customer service are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year related experience and/or training.
• Microsoft Office and Property Management Software experience recommended.
• Customer service and communication skills valued for resident interactions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, in-person).
• Observe Fair Housing rules and assist applicants with applications and deposits.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification.
• Show apartments, close leases, and prepare move-in paperwork.
