RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate in San Diego to manage leasing, marketing and positive resident relations. You will handle showings, applications and move-ins, while coordinating with property teams to maintain a welcoming community.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Microsoft Office, Property Management Software

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, and in-person)
• Greet and qualify prospects, assist with applications and deposits, and adhere to Fair Housing requirements
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification and submit for processing
• Show apartments and close sales, prepare for move-ins and obtain signatures
• Maintain an active social media presence to enhance visibility and engagement
• Address complaints and service requests to promote resident satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure timely responses to service requests
• Attend weekly and daily goal setting meetings
• Contribute to marketing strategies to drive traffic within the marketing plan
