Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Seattle House in Seattle, WA. You will coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and renewals while engaging with prospective and current residents to achieve high occupancy and strong retention.

Candidates should have strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, plus familiarity with Yardi Voyager and MS Office. The role requires a valid driver's license and a customer-focused, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.
• One year of sales experience preferred.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and leasing activity.
• Assist with tours and follow-up to convert inquiries.
