Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our Washington team. You will greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and guide applicants through the lease process to secure new leases.

The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating move-ins/out. Yardi Voyager and MS Office experience are preferred; a high school diploma is required. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Listen to residents' needs with empathy and respect.
• Provide excellent service to prospective and current residents; generate traffic, qualify leads, lease apartments, and prepare documents.
• Keep model apartments in tour-ready condition.
• Orient residents to the property and process renewals monthly.
• Maintain detailed traffic records and follow up with prospects via phone, mail or email.
• Convert phone traffic into appointments for property tours.
• Coordinate move-in/out and inspect units for move-in readiness.
• Maintain confidential resident files and complete weekly leasing reports.
• Support maintenance, administration, and resident activities as needed.
