Avenue5 Residential in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals while delivering exceptional service. The role includes direct interaction with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You will use Yardi Voyager or similar systems, and collaborate with maintenance and property teams. The schedule includes Thursday through Monday, 9:00am–6:00pm, with competitive hourly pay and benefit

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year sales experience preferred.
• One year residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to drive occupancy and retention.
• Prepare lease documents and move-in paperwork; maintain records.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready and conduct property tours.
• Process renewal paperwork and maintain accurate records.
