Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Redmond to manage apartment rentals, move-ins, and renewals while delivering excellent resident service.

You will interact with prospective residents, coordinate tours, and handle paperwork to maximize occupancy and satisfaction. Strong customer focus and prior leasing experience are preferred, with comfort using Yardi and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready and coordinate move-in/out schedules.
• Prepare lease documents and complete move-in paperwork accurately.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and follow up with prospects.
• Assist with planning resident activities to boost retention.
