Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Washington state to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure retention.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, organizing showings, processing paperwork, and maintaining accurate records. A 20% housing discount is included as part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.
• Basic level knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and converse in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure retention.
• Qualify prospective residents, leases apartments, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in paperwork.
• Maintain model apartments in touring condition.
• Process renewal paperwork monthly.
