Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a leasing consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals while delivering exceptional resident service.

You will engage with prospective and current residents, maintain records, generate reports, and support management with administrative tasks. Strong customer service and familiarity with Yardi Voyager and MS Office are preferred; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork; maintain accurate records and reports.
