Job summary

Avenue5 Residential in Eugene, OR seeks a Leasing Consultant to coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs and renewals, while engaging prospective residents to achieve high occupancy and retention.

You will provide exceptional customer service, maintain accurate records in Yardi Voyager, and collaborate with maintenance and leasing teams. A strong work ethic and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Prepare lease documents and complete move-in paperwork and processes.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up with prospective residents to schedule tours.
