Avenue5 Residential in Beaverton, OR is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals while delivering excellent resident service.

The role involves tours, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documents, maintaining confidential files, and supporting management with reports and resident relations; a high school diploma and 1 year of sales or leasing experience are preferred. Proficiency with Office tools and Yardi Voyager is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of sales or leasing experience preferred.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins and renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to ensure occupancy.
• Prepare lease documentation and proofs of residency.
• Maintain accurate resident files and move-in/move-out records.
• Assist with weekly leasing reports and daily open/close procedures.
• Support management with clerical tasks and resident activities.
